Sep 28, 2017 Uninstall GTA SA from Steam, and clean up any remaining GTA SA folders/files left on your computer after you've uninstalled it. Then, reinstall it via Steam. When that's done, open the SA downgrader, tick 'Silent Patch', create a new folder on your desktop called 'GTA San Andreas' (or whatever you want), and extract the downgraded game into.
